DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders will usually begin processing within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays, and will typically ship within 48 hours pending credit verification.

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.  You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 6:00pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day.

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) = $8.00

2 Day Shipping (2 business days) = $18.00

Overnight Shipping (Next business day, no Saturday delivery) = Starting at $13 up to $25.00 depending on location

FedEx Same Day Shipping (for our Chicagoland area customers) - Order By 6:00pm CST Monday-Friday, guaranteed delivery by 8:00pm the same day = Starting at $14

*Free standard shipping only applies to 50 contingent states, on net purchases over $75. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

However, we can offer you 20% off to send a new item, and you can contact the carrier to submit a claim for a refund. We will not issue refunds for orders that show delivered by the carrier.

*PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
