Returns
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OVER OUR ITEMS DESCRIPTION, AS SOME ITEMS CONTAIN NO STRETCH**
All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Intangible Boutique will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address or label to send your package. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days to return a product for refund. Products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached and in original packaging.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Cosmetics
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Software Download
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
- Women’s swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- Men’s swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Any underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Return for original form of payment: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the order's delivery date. Mail-in returns have a $8 or more handling fee per return label, which is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit refund.
All underwear, bralettes, towels, face coverings and monogrammed purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No exchanges will be supported for International orders. We are unable to cancel or change shipping methods for Instant Exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at intangibleboutique@gmail.com and send your item to: Intangible Boutique , Po Box 7833, Westchester IL 60154, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NO RETURNS ON ANY SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, LEGGINGS, WHITE ITEMS, OR ACCESSORIES. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
